  Checked in online on the website with a "5 minute" wait, arrived 8 minutes later, "re checked in" with front desk and ended up waiting an hour and half to even be seen by a doctor...I understand things happen, and that the time given is only an estimate... but 85 mins past the estimate? 25 over the estimate is understandable. I honestly wouldn't come back to this location even if they were the last medical facility in operation post apocalypse.

  I waited 3 hours, person after person after person went in before me because they called ahead. I may be confused but if you can call in and get a spot before someone who is sitting there in person. It's not an Insta care right??? I'm leaving a second star for the sweet nurse that finally noticed i got skipped for the 6th time and made an effort to get me in next. I literally cannot believe I sat there for double the "expected wait time" the things you'll do when your child has a fever of 103 i guess.. thanks for nothing southridge. They offered no advice, no medicine, took my money and sent me on my way. There are clinics on the other side of the valley. They are well worth the drive. You'll get in sooner and get much better service. Every minute you drive away from this clinic, you'll save two minutes. Good luck!
