- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I like Dr. Oelsner but his medical assistant Marco is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't get how he has a job. I can't even get my medicine because he will not help me. I made a complaint and it got me no where. The office manager will not call me back. I have left several voice mail messages and no return call from her. I work in a medical environment myself and if I ever treated a patient as badly as Marco treated me, I would not have a job.
