- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband really liked Dr Osborne. The last time he went was a couple of months ago. The clinic took his co pay and never told him that his Dr was no longer in network. Every time any of my Dr's moved or left our network, I ALWAYS received a notification. The office staff should let its patients know and also should review every patients info when they come in, to verify the insurance the patient has. How is the patient supposed to know that the dr left the network. In all our years of going to the Dr's, which for me has been a lot, I've never seen a clinic deal with its patients like this. When we received the bill, my husband stopped by there to find out what was going on. He has been there 3 times trying to talk to them about it. He is still waiting for the office manager again and is supppsrd to get a call this coming Monday. We received another bill and it's now showing in pre-collections. Just trying to get the bill reduced at least since it was the clinics fault for not notifying Dr Osborne's patients that he left the network. If I treated my clients at my company like this, I would not have a job.July 14, 2017by S T
