  Holy cow super rude receptionist! Jani? Couldn’t be more rude! Called to get information my insurance company requested and she treated me like terrorist! I called on behalf of my wife to get Dr Anders information “oh we can’t give that out.” So I end up getting the insurance company on the line and she treats the insurance company the same way! How does one go through life starting conversations with both fists up ready for a fight?! Well Western, as much as I love Su your lack of customer service on the front end landed you a solid one-star review. Learn how to talk to people kindly, respectfully and life will be so much better.

  Get ready to wait, first you wait in the main lobby, then you wait in the back waiting room, and then you wait in the room. Even if you get there early you'll still wait. You're wait time will be longer than the time you are with the doctor. 2 hours is a good wait right? I came here for my 3rd pregnancy, but I will not be coming back. It seems like they get over booked, and don't respect your time as valuable. I've been here 16 times for my pregnancy care and every time its close to a 2 hour wait. They (the staff) are always waiting for a room to opening up. Today was my 6 week check after birth I've been here for almost an hour, in the back waiting room, and my appointment was at scheduled 25 mins ago. When I first got to the back waiting room there was 7 people waiting with me now there's 4. A wait is what your in for here.
